By booking this reservation you agree to all terms and conditions included here. Please note that failure to respect the studio rules, studio staff, or other bookers, will result in immediate termination of your booking and can result in a permanent ban from Casa Pink.

You understand that Casa Pink is not a soundproof venue and that an active railroad with train crossing is right next to the property. We do not recommend this venue if you are needing to record a video without noise interruption and refunds will not be issued for train noise complaints.

You must include set-up and cleanup time in your booking. Casa Pink must be left in the same conditions that it was found and no residue, trash, confetti, or items should be left on property. Our attendants will be visiting your studio rooms within 10 minutes of the end of your booking to ensure that the property is left in its original condition. Furniture and props need to be moved back to their original place and all garbage must be placed into garbage bins outside.

We have cameras inside of Casa Pink to ensure safety and compliance with rules. Powder restrooms are available on 1st and 2nd floors. If a member of your party comes to the studio intoxicated, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on studio premises. Smoking (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on Casa Pink premises. This includes all outdoor or rooftop areas that prohibit all smoking.

Please do not step on the furniture in shoes. If you are taking pictures in your outdoor shoes, you will be asked to wipe them down.

If you need to move furniture, please lift the items and do not drag them. This damages both the floors and furniture legs. If you need assistance, please contact our studio staff and do not move items without approval. Please do not bring candles into the studio, unless they have glass coverings. Open-flame candles drip wax onto floors and other surfaces, causing damage.No active flames are permitted anywhere on the premises other than contained tea-light candles.

Please book an additional hour if you are bringing confetti, fake snow, or feathers into the property so that you may have sufficient time to vacuum and pick up any residue.

Customers are responsible for loading and unloading of their belongings due to liability issues. Casa Pink does not have elevators and all superior floors are exclusively accessible through stairs.

If you have a large party, please factor in the time to bring/take out your belongings from the space. Leave ample time to wrap up your space. Alternatively, you can dedicate a person from your party to start removing/cleaning items while you are finishing the photo session.

All shoots/events have to be paid in full at the time of booking. Casa Pink offers studio credit for cancelled bookings as we do not issue refunds. You can reschedule your booking and claim your full studio credit by cancelling your reservation within 72 hrs of your start time and rebooking your desired date, or time. If cancelling a booking beyond the 24-hour notice can result in a day of cancellation. Please email us at casapinkhtx@gmail.com if you are trying to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. No-show appointments will not receive any studio credit.

Property Capacity:

-Rooftop cannot exceed 20 people

-1st and 2nd Floor: 30

-Yard/Patio: 30

If you bring extra people to the property, they will be asked to wait outside of our premises in order to uphold the set capacity.

We welcome pets! Our studio is a family-friendly environment so please ensure your pets are not on our furniture and if a pet must use the restroom, that it be outside of the gated areas and they are picked up after. Should your pet make a mess on our studio floor there will be a $50 charge and if your pet makes a mess on the furniture, there will be a $300 charge.

Late Fees: The responsible booking party will be assessed a late fee if you go over the reserved time. The card on file will be charged $15/minute every minute past the original reservation for anyone left in the premises or yard after the scheduled time associated with the booking party.

Complimentary items: Each item is to be returned in its original condition or the client will be invoiced for any damages or if items are not returned.
